1126 was designed for use in applications requiring lamination to polyether and polyester urethane foams. The heavy mass of adhesive provides excellent initial tack and adhesion and should be considered for applications involving a textured substrate.
Embossed Foam
dB Engineering2019-08-06T17:18:55+00:00Embossed faced foam is a high performance acoustical material with superior absorption at the most critical frequency bands. It is often used in speaker housings, medical equipment, HVAC units, blower enclosures, and office equipment such as computer and printer housings.
Millennium Metal
dB Engineering2017-04-20T20:08:16+00:00Millennium Metal takes the spaced absorber principle one step further. The metal panel is micro cracked to create the ideal airflow resistance to optimally absorb the sound impinging on it. The low frequency absorption can be enhanced by increasing the air space behind it.
dBmat WM1 Barrier with Foam Decoupler
dB Engineering2016-10-26T04:09:29+00:00dBmat WM1 is a barrier layer of dBmat cured to a single layer of dBcloth acoustical foam. When the dBmat is applied to sheet metal, plastic or wood, the foam is exposed to absorb airborne noise.
365 Spray Adhesive
dB Engineering2016-11-23T17:23:59+00:00365 is a high-temperature, high-strength, contact type adhesive. It is white and has a face or web type controlled spray pattern for low soak-in so that more adhesive remains at the surface where it is needed. Offered with a 3-way adjustable valve and tip for low, medium and high delivery rates, this product works well for plastic laminate, metal, wood, particle board and some plastics such as polypropylene and polyethylene films. This product has a long work time of 1 to 5 minutes and features an unusually high initial strength. This product does not contain chlorofluorocarbons or ozone depleting chemicals.
Polyimide Foam
dB Engineering2022-04-20T23:41:13+00:00Polyimide foams offer excellent acoustic absorption and good thermal insulating properties.
dBmat WM2 Barrier with Foam Decoupler
dB Engineering2017-04-11T23:36:57+00:00dBmat WM2 is a sandwich composite incorporating 2 layers of dBcloth acoustical foam and a single barrier septum. When applied to sheet metal, plastic or wood, the decoupling foam layer typically ¼"(6mm) thick isolates the barrier while the thicker absorption layer reduces airborne reverberant noise.
Millennium Metal with Acoustifil Sound Absorption System
dB Engineering2017-04-20T20:07:20+00:00Millennium Metal MM is a self-supporting metal sheet, micro-perforated by a patented process to give the optimum airflow resistance for absorbing sound. MM is usually installed with a small airspace between the absorber panel and the back wall of the room/enclosure, utilizing spacers and its own self-supporting quality. The low-frequency performance can be optimized by […]
dBmat Safe and Sound
dB Engineering2016-10-26T03:47:25+00:00dBmat Safe and Sound combines a specially formulated barrier with high temperature melamine foam. The mechanical bond between foam and barrier is formed as the barrier is cured, eliminating the potential for adhesive failure and enhancing the flammability and smoke characteristics.
dBmat Floormat HEW & PGW
dB Engineering2016-10-26T03:43:30+00:00dBmat Floormat is a single layer of open or closed cell foam, typically ¼"(6mm) or ½"(12mm) combined with a barrier. The exposed surface of the barrier has a durable wear resistant surface layer which is combined to it during our proprietary manufacturing process.
